Someone has illegally submitted a file to our databsed. IP 84.67.151.212 submitted a file to Vvardenfell and Beyond / Oblivion Online version 2.0 and taking the authors name claimed it as their own.
When our new site version 3 was constructed the file was inoccently passed across to and published by the OO staff under Hexer.
After presenting a case to the real author of how the file is not credited to us but to some links#1fan or somthing (a copy of the real authors name). We have siften through the site to find the submitter of the file was 84.67.151.212 and we now hope the author will take this case with them.
As for 84.67.151.212 - with 3 mentions, may the spiders of the web collect this IP and have a field day

We are currently getting a site programmer to sift through the database to find the old TSO you submitted to. As it is currently 3am in the morning here moral is low and this could take a while

I do not wish to suspend your download as yet as it is a vital component in our case proving that credit is given and we must not alter it so that our time stamps remain in the database. However should this issue rename unresolved we wil simply close the downloads section
The main PC we have is currently extracting a old version of the site in hope of finding the old docs, as the storage file is large this will take some time
Yes the document is encrypted to stop tampering and is prooving harder to find so were going to try to find a submitter IP
The current publisher of the file is a staff member simply due to the fact that it was in our old database and needed porting across but our databasse revelase the real culprit is...

I see they had submitted under your name and who knows what else
I am going to submit this IP to hackerwatch and my little clan (we all share IPs to beware of)
Although the previous emails show we are not claiming ownership over this item the submitter from ip '84.67.151.212' is, and in your name
We now sumit that work was credited to the person submitting themselfs as the author and that hexer is a member of staff who added the work to the site NOMORE and it clearly credits to the *so called* owner '84.67.151.212' which we have found out to be untrue
Although it has occured the real author may be '84.67.151.212' and your a imposter trying to cause troublel

Greetings person who goes by the screen name Hexer. I am Link#1fan and I have recently gone to Oblivion Online to check on MY mods. I found that my account was deleted and the author's name of MY mods changed from my name to yours.
Why have you submitted my mods as your own? I have not given anyone permission to use them. My copyright clearly states that those mods belong to me because I created them. No one should submit them for there own purposes unless I have given them permission to do so.
You have broken the law of Identity Theft by claiming those mods as your own. Immediately remove them or submit them under my screen name or you will be penalized.
If you choose to ignore this warning or refuse to comply the proper authorities will be notified. This may possibly be taken into court if the above requirements are not met.
