Oblivion Release

ElderScrolls oblivion is now releasing world wide, and depending on where you live - you may have it now. The oblivion online team will be reciving our copys by the end of week *crosses fingers*

We will however be piercing ourself from the game to help you guys and gals with your problems with installing, playing and ANYTHING that your having difficulty with!!!

Its the moment we have been waiting for, oblivion is finally here!

About the Nvidia GeForce FX5200 - I have had a lot of questions on if this will work with oblivion and one of our members has it and says it does. As I too have this card, i will post preformance details when I get the game. I have asked bethseda for their official view of the support of this card and will post their reply.

It does indeed seem a popular graphics card!

Server Changes

Little message from our host, looks like were gonner face a little downtime

Hi folks,

We have now ordered a new server for Gaming Source and hope to start moving sites very soon. You'll all be informed as soon as possible about downtime expected.

ALL sites on GH2 (Oblivion online is on GH2) will be moving onto a new server and a few sites from GH1 will be moving onto seperate Krystal Hosting servers to help balance the situation out.

This will obviously mean IP addresses will be changing and you'll all be informed of changes when necessary.

Hopefully this will be as smooth a transition as possible and we can all get back to running our sites! With the release of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion set for the week of March 20th I'm also extremely busy with that.

Sorry for any problems caused.

A few changes and additions to the site:

Here at oblivion online we will be able to help you get your copy of oblivion up and running as soon as the game is released. If your having computer problems, crashes, errors or need advice upgrading your PC the Oblivion Online staff team and frequent members will be able to help.

We will provide as much support as we can and you can often find forums a quicker route to help than the official support area. Not only that but oblivion online will help with mod installation and if there is a expansion pack - we'll help with any problems on there.

Then once everything is up and running - we can give you gamplay help, tips, hints and guides too!

So for elder scrolls oblivion crashes, errors, bugs, not working, help and advise please visit our forums or drop us a line!

General Updates

I have done a few updates to the site today and yesterday. A few are mostly unseen, but will make the site work better. Ihave added a system requirements section to the site as well, which contains the official system requirements. I have been updating the Oblivionicus encyclopedia, and have another section online. As soon as I get some more work done I will launch the section

Collectors Edition revelaed

Bethseda have finally released some details on the collectors box set. The set includes a bonus DVD filled with concept art, renders, and screens. Even better, the DVD includes a substantial "making-of" documentary letting you in on what it was like for Bethesda to create a new world.

The collectors edition also includes a Septim coin, the official currence of the region (its apparently very realistic). The set also includes 112-page "Pocket Guide to the Empire," full of history, lore, and other juicy details on the Elder Scrolls world.

You also get the usual game manual, the game on DVD(supprise supprise).
