Yes, MultiTES4 has been dead for quite a while. Several years in fact. The next to replace it was Oblivion Online, a mod which I was a very active member until the dev team had a falling out and we split off into Oblivion Reborn (and completely re-wrote the code). Oblivion Online was left with only 1 stubborn developer, and has since died as far as Google is concerned. I have often tried to check on them only to find that their host changed, and now they're completely gone. At least we're still carrying the torch.

Oblivion Reborn is only in Alpha. It does work for the basics, but there are quite a few bugs. If you love Oblivion, and don't mind doing a little work to play Oblivion with your friends, you should check out what we've got so far.
