My first post was actually a rhetorical question I already know how to make them. I just didn't know what else to say to get this thing started. So NewbieZilla why do you think they should be illegal?

they should only be illegal to members of righteuosnus and good doers. not for evil people.I.E The dark brother hood or the thieves guild.

Er, don't know if you've played the game through yet but the Mythic dawn sort of never triumph unless you get killed!

Actually although I've had some black soul gems I've never got round to filling them.

I'm not a religious person, surprisingly enough, so i'm not going to respond with the typical/expected, "Its evil".

Its more a case of black soul gems use human/elves in them. Which, by definition means you have to kill said person to use them. To have a black soul gem is the same as to say you want to kill some random person and use their energy, which, as i'm sure you will agree ought to be illegal.

Only of the Thieves.

I think the Dark Brotherhood is cooler than the Thieves Guild, the Thieves Guild is cooler than the Fighters Guild and the Fighters Guild is cooler than the Mages Guild.

And it should be illegal. I'd still use them though, illegal or not.

I think they should be legal as long as you are only capturing thieves or murders. As long as there not in the thieves guild or in the Dark Brotherhood. I personally am in both and very happy to be.

how do u amke black soul jems and i think they should be like extreme illegal like if ur caought with themn before u go to jail ur sent to a big room or the arena and u have to fight somin huge and u only gte to pick one weapon and after the fight u can chose to tyr and escape or og to jail try and escape u fight ur wya thorugh some fortress or somin it would be so cool
