Here's a trick in the imperial city to kill innocents and only have to pay a 40gp bounty if you initiate a conversation with a guard!

1. Summon a zombie next to a civilian
2. hit the civilian while they are next to the zombie
3. run
4. the guards will then kill the zombie and the civilian
- (once the guards killed another guard so I got full legion armor!)
-Save before attempting!

Sounds pretty cool to me. Something i'd want to try too, though would be getting a "Rally" spell and casting it on people, then takin on the guards. Now that strikes me as fun. But then, i'm probably evil

Maybe you should try putting everyone into a frenzy.

Wearing the Gray Cowl of Nocturnal and then taking it off after the guards have started attacking you makes the citizens attack the guards and get killed. ^_^

Heh heh, Zann, I remember one day, I was in Cheydinhal, and a guard was after me, and the argonian in there attacked the guard, he attacked her, and other mages defended her, guard ran outside, so did they...

But when I went outside, the fight had broken up

In leyawin I went into the basement of the blackwood company. I got the blackwood guards to chase me into the mages guild. Because the guards were un killable they just kept fighting the mages!

i think ive mentioned it before somewhere but ive always found casting high level frenzy spell on everyone greatly amusing, full-scale riots in the middle of the imperial city!!

Never tried that, i'll add that to my list of plans to do along with casting rally on a lot of NPCs, perhaps some Imperial Guards, and attacking other NPCs

do you think you can cast rally and frenzy on the same person? so they attack everything and dont run away? oh and 'fortify on target spells' can be funny aswell in riots...like making beggars with more health than guards etc.

Well, Rally is used to make NPCs attack whoever attacks you, and frenzy is attack anyone, so frenzy is probably dealing with both, but i'm not sure.

I haven't actually done the Rally thing much, I did it once, with the Adoring Fan, which actually makes the guy useful for something, though I wasn't smart enough to fortify any of his other attributes....

I thought rally made people, well, rally! in other words, not run away.

EDIT: isnt it command humanoid/creature that makes them attack whoever attacks you?

From the booklet: "Increases the target's Confidence (i.e. itws willingness to fight an attacker). The magnitude is the amount the Confidence is increased. Undead and Daedra are not effected."

So basically, if someone is willing to fight with you, it'll work. Thats why it worked with Adoring Fan, why it would basically work with any NPC who likes you, I guess.

oh yeah....forgot that when people like you they fight for you. hmm, that could make the charm spell one hell of a lot more useful....

Damn it, this is making me want to start a new character who will be able to take full advantage of this stuff...

have you guys seen the imperial guards in the middle of the imperial city with the silver/steel armor? is it possible to steal it from a dead guard??
