exactly - but you know its not quite set for you personally when you find it a bit easy to defeat what people say is the hardest fight in the game (umbra)

it seems a good system to suit everyones different abilities and styles - ill have a play with it later on

Thats true... But if you do that thing of jumping on top of a piller and using arrows on Umbra, then the only thing you can do is make it cost you more arrows, not really increase the difficulty.

that feels a bit too much like cheating to me mate - id rather fight head on or at elast circle her with arrows (she still hit me a lot though doing this - damn she is fast!)

each to there own and all that - but i didnt buy the game to hide on a pillar! that bitch did poison me with that deadela's kiss curse though if you remeber so maybe i should have hide on the pillar!

I didn't hide on the pillar either... Though I did have to run, and when she got stuck in something, like a boulder, start using my bow on her.

you lucky sod! she seemed brilliant at fighting me and NOT getting stuck on anything. she also gave me a slapping when i tried to jump a table and got a bit stuck - probably when she cursed me actually.......

this may sound a bit a lame of me, but i cannot understand it:
i've been to all the major cities with mages guilds in and got recommendation off all the mage leaders but i still cant get in the arcane university.
is there any guilds that aren't in major mapped cities?
any help would be appreciated

Do you have in your journal that you have gotten them all? Have you that quest active, and see where it points to? If you have them all, it'll point to the Arcane University, I think.

no there all in the major cities. you probably missed one of are only halfway through the mission. if you go to www.chorrol.com and check their mages guild walkthrough then you could check which ones you have done and which you havent

then zilla is right, the active quest will point to the arcane university to speak about making youre first staff

Dont worry i got it now, just needed one that did on self then went to the paxocorographical place and changed it.

You can get scrolls of magicka in a chest next to the guy in that ruin, too.

it could be that your armour is so damaged that it is broken so you cant wear it or the necromancers you were talking about may have cast a disintergrate weapon or armour spell on you and it is affecting your equipment or it could be a glich or faulty disc.
