I'm having trouble killing a willo wisp also. what magicx spells should I use as i don't have a magical weapon.

try and find a silver one, or if u have closed an oblivion gate, create a magical wpn with a sigil stone.

failing that the flare spell you have when you start the game would be able to beat them if your to inpatient to look for a weapon that can hit or a decent spell. Smile
