After looking at that cool poster of the mighty Gray Fox, I joined the guild hoping to get some sort of full robe like armour but all I got was a stupid helmet that looks like someone is sentenced the dealth penalty or waiting to rot in jail! That Gray Fox is just an idiot who got exaggerared too much by everyone... getting cursed by a helmet and trying to leave the guild instead of being the mastermind... shouting the word "capital" like a moron. I can't even command my guild members after becoming the Gray Fox!!! The helmet doesn't do what the description says. I went into combat with a guard while wearing it and ran out the gates, took the helmet off, but he still tried to kill me. My bounty was set back to 0 but he refused to let me go.

Now on to the dark brotherhood...

Oh yeah, since Valenwood is the place of wood elves, is there any locations for special elven items? I'm collecting elven stuff!

Nooooo, Valenwood isn't playable! How the heck did Amlesia (however you spell her name...) beat Mehrunes in the first place? She even got a damn statue in Mournhold!

Bug: Dawn of the path quest. Walk with that blade into the sewers and if you enter the doors exactly the same time as him, he disappears. He does carry on walking because he came back later but he's just invisible throughout the sewers.

The Grey fox sucks, but theifs as charecters are the best

yeah you do get pretty naff stuff from the thieves guild, but the grey mask is pretty neat, you get 200pt feather when you put it on so its good for dungeon hopping
the dark bro is acee however, you get dead neat weapons given you when you complete the first few quests, and you get a full suiy of shadow armour that only costs 1 gold to repair, no matter how knackered it is

u lie! the gray fox is the best person ever! well i am the gray fox. his cowl u get is really cool and fortifies ur sneak by 25pts! also you can kill guards then take it off and yield and they will stop attacking u!

up urs, im the gray fox, and that taking off the cowl when attacking guards, DOESNT WORK!

If you take it off when guards are running at you, before they talk to you, they ask "theres nothing wrong here, is there?" or somehting to that effect. I liked the thieves guild quests, anyway. Especially the last one.

Nearly finished the old Theives Guild, finished the Dark Brotherhood aaaaages ago (about level 12, I'm level 30 now).

I wish I had the time and the PC to do that

You can get the 360 to do that... If it looks like Oblivion, and plays like Oblivion........

In fact in all honesty - it looks and plays better on my 360 than my pc

althought the pc does need an upgrade really (p4 3ghz, 568ram, geforcefx5600)

i recommend it to all for the 360. plays at great framerate and good detail and rarely lags if at all

and i much prefer playing it on a wireless pad, on a amassive tv, when the missus is asleep rather than my dingy pc study

I got a wireless and a wired controller, and I actually prefer the wired one. While that may sound stupid, I don't think it is. I think it feels more comfortable without that annoying battery pack in the back.

im the other way - i think it was one of the best ideas the 360 had - its great not having wires everywhere

and the only thing that annoys me is the extra weight of the battery pack rather than the size of it - although apparently the unit that powers rechargeable from the xbox fixes this as it barely weights anything - and it will save me on batteries too!

Indeed, I love the fact that wires aren't all over the place. Though it does make the controller easier to misplace.

i know it sounds stupid, but i think its a great little feature. youre right tho - keep finding the controller under the bed or in the babies basket.........
