This is A topic just to Discuss Morrowind.

Just say how much you like it, on a scale of 1 to 10!!!

Ill start the topic by saying:

I htink its a great game, a 9/10!!! i really like the vast areas to explore. But i wish there was a quicker way to get around than walking, running, and levitiating!!! (that doesnt include teleporting because you can't teleport everywhere!!!!)

Have to say 9 but when you get too powerful it starts to get too easy.

I AGREE!!! If you are too powerful its too easy!

What are your favourite bits of the game? What out of 10 would you rate it and why?

Keep replying and enjoy!!!

I'd say an even 9, because Oblivion gets a 9.3/9.4.

Its got the most replay quality released up till that point, and even could be argued up to this point, or possibly, some would say it had more replay quality than Oblivion. I'd disagree with that, of course.

For me, I'd say:

Morrowind : 8

Oblivion : 8.5
(Would be about 9.7 if not for all the problems with running the game - I know this is due to my own system, not the game, but how good is a fantastic game that nobody can play? However, even with the bugs, from what I've played I think that if it was more playable on my comp this would get a much higher score)

For its time Morrowind was an awsome 10/10. Beautifully rendered fantasy world with incredible depth and gameplay. But now that Oblivion has been released and I've seen how much better it gets, I give Morrowind a 9/10 and oblivion a 10/10.

It might be a good idea to include people who have rated the game less than 9.0 and any comments etc. Otherwise it may be seen as biased.

I'd give Morrowind a 9 and Oblivion a 9.5 for various reasons of my own that I won't go into here.
Oh by the way Cyber, if you are using pc versions of either game you can fast travel with the console commands to any exterior location or any interior location of the entire game, which means anywhere and everywhere. Since the construction sets of both games lists "ALL" of the locations possible then there you are.
I only walk, levitate, or toggle collision and then move the pc to enjoy all the areas to enjoy. Or in the case of Oblivion to see how large a record of places found I can build up in my stats.
