I cant find chameleon, summon lich, dremora lord, xivilai spells. I've looked in all the mages guilds but can't find them anywhere. Does anyone know?

Are you a journeyman or expert in destruction, conjuration, illusion or any of them? That, combined with your level will probably have a big part to play.

The only place I know for spells is Imperial City, Market area. Near Good as new and them places.

BUild your way up in the mages quild and then you can get into the arcane university you can get all the good ones there potions to
