The battle will be between gothic3 and oblivion, that's for shure.It will be like doom3 and half-life2.Gothci is a good adversary for elderscrolls don't you think? They are progressing more and more for ex.(in morrowind we we know that people's couldn't talke but you could put on tou all jinds of armours,shields,and weapons,untile in gothic you could talk with others but not having as much possibilityes like morrowind)!!!!!!

Ummmmmmm oblivion looks better as far as realizim ,AI and graphics goes but who knows.... also I kinda hate gothics old controles and some translations were wrong knowing that you wont get that odd translation in Oblivion is just one less thing to worry about as far as will it suck goes.......
either way it should revolutionize games as we know em =D awsome I'll have a new pc built right on time soooo sweet they picked the release like a week after I should have my comp complite sooooooo running it wont be any problem in fact it should be very easy and alot of fun hoping for the best

Yes,the controls are bad at Gothic but the storyline ,feeling,gamplay are very good.When you play a more time you'll felll good with controls.Oblivion is progressing with graphic,sound ,gameplay but gothic isn't more down.

When i played morrowind i had been impressed by the abilities that can a hero do.More facilities,something new(shields"not meeting in gothic", grate armour(head,thorso,legs....."not meeting in gothic")).Will be Oblivion the game of the year???????????????
