new house

This mod adds a NPC that is actually inside the house in Skingrad. I put her in the house so It atleast restricts access for a while since it costs 25k to buy the house. It is more intended for the later game when everyone wants to sell items for more money but there are no merchants with a decent amount of cash. Be extremly careful not to attack her though :) I know you want her armor but you can't have it :)
